Ingredients:
- 3 premium buffalo burger patties
- 3 burger buns
- 3 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Pickles
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set your grill or pan on medium-high heat to get it ready
On both sides, season the buffalo patties with salt and pepper
For medium-rare, or until done to your liking, cook patties on the grill or in a skillet for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side
Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking
Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a pan
Put mustard on the top half of each bun and mayonnaise on the bottom half
Put lettuce leaves on the bottom bun of each burger, then a buffalo patty with melted cheese, sliced tomato, red onion, and pickles
Add the other half of the bun on top, and if you need to, use a toothpick to hold it in place
Enjoy while hot!
